A YouTube user reports a funny fact: a Comcast technician might fell asleep at its user鈥檚 home, meanwhile he was repairing a non-functional internet connection.
I do not enter if this is true or not. My work is to manage issues like this one, and try to minimize its effect. Specifically this video has been visited for more than a million persons yet, and appeared more than 500 comments (positive and negative). But now, in online searches, Comcast brand has associated with this sleeping technician in a customer house.
